During July 2019, we undertook a guttering contract to a warehouse/Factory roof in Washington, West Sussex.
The gutters were rusting and water was leaking in through the joints.
The gutters were cleaned and new Firestone Ultraply Membrane gutter liners were fitted complete with stop-ends and outlets to a total length of 80 linear metres (2 no. gutters).
New Plastisol coated steel flashings were fitted to both sides of the gutters. These helped to hold the liners in position as well as ensuring the area was effectively sealed.
The first 3 no. pictures show the gutters with the liners fitted. The 4th picture shows the original rusty gutter.
